After a short introduction from your host, there will be a demonstration from the chef who will challenge teams to make, bake, and decorate all their Christmas creations.
You will then be judged on categories such as best theming, taste, texture, creativity and teamwork. Santa hats, Christmas theming and much more will get all your team in the Christmas spirit!
Go head-to-head to produce a tasty Christmas meal to enjoy eating together. Embrace your inner Jamie Oliver and cook up a storm in this competitive challenge.
Each team will cook a 2 or 3 course meal using raw, seasonal ingredients and recipes from exclusive archives, led by an expert chef. Teams will be responsible for all aspects of their dishes, including a classic Christmas-themed table setting with all the trimmings.
Each group will then judge and score what they have eaten and give feedback via a spokesperson on the table.
The winner from each course will go before our judges to give the final verdict, judged on team work, time management, representation of the dish, creativity, and taste.
A decadent treat for your delegates, in more ways than one, the Chocolate Workshop is an irresistible addition to your corporate event.
With the option to make handmade goodies individually or as groups, your team will enjoy tuition from an expert chocolatier, as they create and decorate their own exquisite chocolates.
Teams will then be judged on their creations, with prizes for the best-tasting and best-crafted chocolates.
Kick-off this competitive challenge with a fun warm-up activity piping names on opposing team hats, be careful as names written on hats are the names to which we will refer to them for the rest of the activity!
Then, teams will be pitted against each other in a series of challenges. The agenda will be determined by timings and desired outcomes, but could include the following:
Cupcake cup: a quick-fire cupcake decorating challenge in which the chef will give a 5-minute demonstration, icing and decorating cupcakes with snowmen, reindeers and Christmas trees. It's then over to the teams to recreate the designs!
Quiz Round: Several quiz-based rounds, including identifying Christmas chocolates, celebrity chefs, brands and spices.
The Chocolatier: Roll up those sleeves for this action-packed challenge! 50 festive snowball chocolates must be made while the clock is ticking. Teams must pay attention as the chef will not help once the demonstration has finished, judging will be based on taste, presentation and teamwork.
It’s a Wrap: The challenge is simple: you must gift wrap your entire team! The team with the most coverage will win.
Christmas list: A test of memory, items will appear before selected team members, who will have 30 seconds to write down as many items as they can remember on the Christmas list.
In this festive, fun team building activity, everyone will work together to make the most creative gingerbread winter wonderland festive village.
Build your own bakers, grocers, post office and more and to go alongside the shops and houses, teams can get creative making people, buses, trees, flowers and even a fruit and veg display for the grocers! There is no limit to the creativity and Christmas magic of this festive team event.
Our expert pastry chef will give an interactive demonstration, moulding figurines and building gingerbread structures. Then, the group will have to sketch out a plan for their wonderland village and allocate tasks to each other, to deliver an edible, magical, winter wonderland village.
