The cost of measuring the environmental impact of your corporate event will depend on the details of your event, including how many days, venue requirements, number of attendees and more. Once you have confirmed you are happy to proceed, we could have your event platform up and running withing 24-48 hours and the amount of time it takes depends on how quickly we  gather information from all parties, including the event planner, the venue and any suppliers being used. Our team will aim to get the task complete as quickly as possible, to allow you time to implement any suggested changes from the report. 

There are two options when it comes to filling out the calculator. 

  1. You can do it yourself, however this is not a popular option as our clients are usually too busy to take this on internally.
  2. We can do it for you, which means we take the load off your shoulders and allow you to sit back and relax. You will only need to get involved once we show you the report of the findings and make suggestions for change.

Once we have completed the carbon calculator, we will send you a simple, visually appealing report of the findings. This will also include some suggestions for feasible changes to your event to make it more eco-friendly.
