Frequently Asked Questions

Select a venue with large outdoor space and well kept flat ground to keep participants safe. If you are worried about the unpredictable British weather then speak to our team to help you find a venue with some indoor space as a contingency or temporary shelter.

Although our sports day is fairly physical, your event manager can tailor the activities to the ability within your team. If you are looking for more lightweight activities opt for ones like our egg and spoon race and wellie wanging. These low impact activities are just as much fun as ones that require higher fitness levels such as our sports day races.

If you or anyone in your team has injuries, certain health conditions or is pregnant, this activity will not be suitable, speak to our team for more information.

We advise wearing comfortable active wear and trainers. Remember to bring a waterproof jacket or jumper in case the weather looks unpredictable, or you get chilly.

Medals are awarded to the winning teams, you can add further prizes or donate to charity should you wish. Speak with our event management team for help.
