EasyJet Holidays Big Orange Party

Background: EasyJet Holidays came to us as a new client looking for an event managment partner to organise their Big Orange Summer Party, otherwise known as The BOP. The team at EasyJet Holidays found us through an online search and approached multiple providers to pitch for the event management project. We were delighted when we heard that they decided to partner with Eventurous due to the quality service our event sales team provided.

The Brief: To create a memorable event that produced wow factor for delegates, fitting withing their orange theme and creating a sense of community with the EasyJet Holidays brand. The client also wanted a Midland location to make it accessible for all UK employees and to reduce carbon emissions through travel. In terms of the venue, the client requested both indoor and outdoor space.

The team at EasyJet Holidays said, “Not only was it a chance for our agents to let their hair down, but also a fantastic way to get to know our teams better, and learn more about the big role travel trade plays at EasyJet Holidays.”

A Corporate Festival with WOW factor

The Event: After 6 months planning, the event took shape in the form of a corporate festival including the following aspects:

  • Event Theming: branded flags, orange carpets, floral archways,  uplighters, floral photo feature wall, giant light up letters.
  • Entertainment: Stilt walkers, live music, fire breathers, games, face painters and dance floor.
  • Food & Beverages: Aperol Spritz van, nitro deserts stand, Greek street food, paella, fish and chips, bratwursts and a cocktail bar.
  • Venue Finding: The event was held at the picturesque Walton Hall. The beauty of this venue was the outdoor space which allowed Eventurous to erect a tipi there for further versatility for indoor and outdoor activities.
