The Event: This annual 3-day residential retreat brought together over 150 employees from Gate One. For this project, we were asked to plan, organise and manage a 3-day experience at Mythe Barn to help celebrate both business and individual success. As their event management partners we provided:

  • Venue finding
  • Transportation
  • Catering
  • Conference organisation
  • Full event production and management
  • Evening and post-conference entertainment
  • Technical support

The Venue: Our venue search focused on finding somewhere unusual and alternative that had space for both a conference and outdoor corporate festival themed evening. Mythe Barn was identified as the ideal solution as it allowed us to personalise the experience through a variety of blank canvas spaces.

Immersive, Creative and Futuristic

Day 1: Saw delegates arrive at Mythe Barn for an evening of entertainment and networking. The large, commodious Oak Barn was perfect for bringing everyone together in one space, with plenty of room for additional services such as catering, free play games and a live band. 

Day 2: Included a program of team drop-in sessions and a conference. Our goal was to ensure all key messages were conveyed with maximum impact.

Our client wanted an immersive, creative and futuristic event that created a lasting impact. The ideal backdrop for a festival-themed event, the tipi at Mythe Barn, featured atmospheric lighting and a fully serviced bar with additional areas for socialising and entrainment including street food vendors, funfair stalls, and amusement rides such as bumpers cars and a Ferris wheel.
