First up, our professional chef will give demonstrations of knife skills and demonstrate cooking 2 or 3 dishes using locally sourced and produced ingredients. Once your team is all inspired the cook-off begins!

Shopping for ingredients will involve strategic thinking as judges will be looking for the best value and quality of the final dishes. All teams must consider waste throughout the activity as any waste created will result in points deducted.
