THE CHALLENGE

This annual 3-day residential retreat brought together over 150 employees from Gate One. For this project, we were asked to plan, organise and manage a 3-day experience at Mythe Barn to help celebrate both business and individual success.

We first arranged an initial consultation to establish our client’s aims and objectives and we were tasked to provide:

THE VENUE

Our venue search focused on finding somewhere unusual and alternative. Mythe Barn was identified as the ideal solution as it allowed us to personalise the experience and create an atmosphere of both excitement and enthusiasm. Having agreed on the venue, we then progressed with the design and management of the event, including logistics such as travel and accommodation.

CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT

Day one of the event saw delegates arrive at Mythe Barn for an evening of professional entertainment. The large, commodious Oak Barn was perfect for bringing everyone together in one space, with plenty of room for additional services.

The following day included a program of staff drop-in sessions and conferences. Our goal was to ensure all key messages were conveyed with maximum impact. Our services included:

Immersive, Creative and Futuristic

From the moment delegates arrived, we ensured a wow factor. Our client asked us to do more than organise a typical evening experience; they wanted an immersive, creative and futuristic event that created a lasting impact and an atmosphere of buzz and excitement.

The ideal backdrop for a festival-themed event, our tipi featured atmospheric lighting and a fully serviced bar with additional areas for socialising and entrainment. Delegates were also treated to a range of outside street food options, funfair stalls, and amusement rides such as bumpers cars and a Ferris wheel.

AN EVENING TO REMEMBER

With careful planning and preparation, our team was able to deliver a memorable and unique event that exceeded all expectations. The end product was incredibly well received by our clients and their guests. We took care of every detail to ensure that the event was engaging for all and was presentative of the initial briefing and objectives set out by our client.
