Eventurous was tasked with organising and managing the annual Consumer Credit Trade Association conference (CCTA) at the four-star contemporary Nottingham Belfry. Our task was to provide all audio-visual setup and management for a daytime conference and to deliver a unique Hollywood-themed evening experience that would bring everyone together. Despite a few challenges that were quickly resolved the conference was a smashing success.

The finished set boasted an exciting array of brightly lit panels which were complimented by a selection of additional LED moving head lights. Further LED uplights were also placed around the conference room to carry the vibrant colour scheme.

The event kicked off at 10:30AM with delegates arriving at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel. The capacious Trafalgar Suite was ideal for bringing everyone together and offered enough space for additional services and entertainment.

Following the conference, delegates were treated to a variety of Professional Acts and Performers in a captivating Hollywood themed evening of entertainment. To up the ante and to add that little bit more glitz and glamour, our team provided a selection of Casino Tables including Black Jack, Wheel of Fortune and Roulette.
