Based near Tamworth in Staffordshire with great links to the central motorway network of the M42, M5 & M6 and close by to Coventy, Birmingham, Leicester & Derby we offer many Activities for both small groups and corporate events. We offer attractive Group Discounts and welcome Corporate customers and Stag and Hen parties on the Hovecraft experience. Learn to fly a hovercraft and then race over land and lake on the full day intensive Hovercraft Flying class. After a coffee the budding pilots are litted out and are given brief but thorough instructions on how to operate the hovercraft and then try it out for themselves. Hovercraft flying is not the easiest thing in the world to master, but, with some tuition from our expert team, you will get the hang of it fairly quickly. Groups are taught collectively and then take it in turns to use 2 of our Hoverpod hovercraft on our open fild course. The craft are not dangerously fast for beginners but are quick enough to get your adrenalin flowing! You have probably seen a hovercraft before or even had the chance to experience one but these new concept Hov Pods are extremely easy to fly and designed especially for the corporate event market. Hair raising speeds can be achieved over a wide variety of flat surfaces, from grass to desert sands. Your session will commence with a detailed briefing from our professional instructor who will show you the right and wrong way to drive these fantastic machines. Once you have mastered the controls on the land and successfully completed a time trial you will have your chance to up the adrenaline and take to the water!
