Create & Paint
This completely versatile conference and team building activity can be run in the venue of your choice, throughout the world. The challenge is for your delegates, split into teams, to replicate a piece of art by producing your own giant version. The catch is that each team is only making a small section of this giant jigsaw style painting. Each team is given an A4 piece of their section of the artwork which they must scale up to an exact copy, on a large canvas, and this is where the teamwork and communication starts. In a parallel that is often similar to the workplace, it is only when the pieces of art from all the teams come together, that the overall success bigger picture becomes apparent. All the equipment each team requires is provided including paint, brushes, canvas and of course protective suits. The event is overseen by our event host and our create and paint assistants. When all sections have been completed by your individual teams, our team of on site joiners will build your giant masterpiece ready for the unveiling later in the day.
