Disaster Management Company
Eventurous was approached to deliver a Staff Conference, Activity Afternoon and Evening Entertainment Event for a client's annual event with staff attending from various UK locations. This was an event that was to be attending by approximately 100 guests.
The fun day took place over a Saturday in June with Eventurous supplying all the elements of the event.
The event was themed around a Music Festival.
Objectives
- Company Staff meeting and reward to employees
- Team Bonding Session & Evening Entertainment
- Build company loyalty
- Make staff feel valued and appreciated

Venue: Middleton House Farm, Tamworth, Staffs.
Format: Marquee based event, lunch meeting, afternoon outdoor activities, evening entertainment & evening meal.
Guests: Approx 100 Staff.
Outline
Guests were welcomed in to a dressed marquee with a light lunch during the event they enjoyed:
- Team Activities - Throughout the afternoon they enjoyed a range of team games, challenges and activities.
- Evening Meal - There was a range of food stalls with a BBQ, curry & chilli and an ice cream van!
- Evening Entertainments - The evening kicked off with an acoustic set from the band before the main set of the evening, there was chill out zone where guests enjoyed the theme surrounds and an arcade zone with retro games and Nintendo Wiis
Outcome
Following the success of this event the client has now instructed us to work on next years event!

I just wanted to thank you and the team so much, for all their hard work - it was a tremendous event on Saturday - it was simply perfect! (even with the rain) Everyone enjoyed themselves and Ive had nothing but positive feedback.
