International Global Brands Company (UK staff)


Eventurous was approached to deliver a Family Fun Day for a client's 75th anniversary event with staff attending from a Manchester production facility. This was an event that was to be attending by approximately 1000 guests. The fun day took place over a Saturday in June with Eventurous supplying all the elements of the event.

Objectives

  • Thank and reward to employees, ex-employees, staff and their families
  • Entertain guests of all ages
  • Build company loyalty
  • Make staff feel valued and appreciated

 

Event Detail
Date: June 2009
Duration: 10:00 to 16:00
Venues: Factory Site, Manchester.
Format: Food Court, 2 activity zones and wandering entertainment
Guests: Approx 1000 Staff, ex-employees and families 

Outline
Guests were welcomed by furry friends, children entertained by a close up magician and balloon modeller while they registered, then enjoyed activities which were in themed zones and included:

  • Inflatables: Human Table Football, Volley Ball, Obstacle Course
  • Have a go: Archery, climbing wall, surf simulator, bungee run, laser clay shooting
  • Kids' Zone: Giant inflatable slide, bouncy castle, face painters, soft play, ball pond, trampolines, recycling craft workshop.

Punch and Judy shows and  lot of additional activities ensured that everyone was fully entertained throughout the event.

Outcome
Following the success of this event, the client has recommended Eventurous to other departments within the business.
